There are a number of duck species available in the low pampas or wetlands of Argentina, and most visiting hunters have the opportunity to take as many as 10 to 12 species. The most popular of the ducks is the Rosey-Billed Pochard, followed closely by the Yellow Billed Pintail, Fulvous Whistling Duck, Red Shoveller, Southern Wigeon, Blackheaded Duck, Ring Teal, White-Cheeked Pintail, Silver Teal, White Faced Whistling duck, Speckled Teal and Cinnamon Teal.
Normal drive time to the duck blinds is 10-15 minutes. There is a five box limit in the morning and three box limit in the afternoon. When you do the math, that is 200 shells per person per day!
